Presentation for UNM Hosptials management on the changes to the business application that tracks offsite employee hours and leave requests.

After the redesign and presentation, use of the application increased by 10,000% and allowed the hospital to send all non-essential employees to work from home when the pandemic began, preventing timekeeping issues that plagued many other employers with the same timekeeping system.
