Designed and programmed improved user interfaces and workflows on existing business application for requesting leave. Resulted in 10,000% use increase over 3 months as the application allowed UNM Hospital staff to track their hours when working from home, which became vital during the pandemic. Without this software, the hospital would have faced timekeeping problems faced by many other organizations.
